Otters create and maintain healthy marine ecosystems; once they have brought balance to an ecosystem, they will search of another one to fix. This is what we do . . . Experienced, agile and capable We commit end-to-end, from strategy to in-market execution and launch. Using audience learning, insights and collaboration, we create opportunities for ambitious brands to become targeted, relevant and revolutionary in their creative thinking.

What we do

We are grown-up types, we always start by immersing in the business rhythm and requirements.  This earns us a place in vital business objective discussions ‘before the marketing brief’. 

All of which educates our deep expertise in brand/marketing strategy, creative advertising, brand story-telling, CX, and identity.  Resulting in solutions-driven and made-for-channel content. Defying conventional agency structure, we are a small lodge working for large brands.

We live in a constantly changing world and brands simply cannot afford to stand still.  As Otters we know it’s easy to catch the fish that swim in the middle (mainstream) but we encourage our clients to create their own unique paths, so they can catch new fish. Simply put, we never simply focus on just mainstream, and ensure our approach has measures in place for capturing new audiences.
